All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives with a clear and reasonable manufacturing defect.
If your item is defective, please contact us at SentSupply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. If approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we are unable to issue a refund. In these cases, we ask that you file a report with your local postal carrier or police department. Our team will assist with any information they require.
